Just what I wanted

This party decoration pack was perfect for my son's Elmo-themed birthday party. Just a heads-up, there are a few items that need assembling, so it's best to do these the day before the party as they can be a bit time-consuming. For example, stringing the birthday banner and putting the swirls together. I also reinforced the cupcake toppers by attaching toothpicks to them since they are made out of cardboard and I stuck the toppers into brownies instead of cupcakes. Overall, I was very happy with the pack and felt it was good value for money and would definitely recommend.
